FotoPar privacy policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026.
Responsible party and contact: LoopyRatLab, loopyratlab@gmail.com. This policy describes FotoPar for Android.
Photos and jobs on your device
FotoPar organizes before and after photos of jobs. It requires no FotoPar account and uses no own server to store your photos. The app keeps private copies of images you select or capture through Android, job names and dates, notes, comparison details, framing, styles and logos. These are used to organize, edit and export the comparisons you request. Photo dates are entered manually, not automatically inferred from the job or image metadata.
Exporting, sharing and backups
JPEG comparisons and PDF reports are generated locally without copying original EXIF or GPS metadata. You choose the included details, destination and sharing app. That app receives read access to the selected file; we do not automatically send documents to people. File providers and recipient apps may sync or process files under their own policies.
Originals and backups may retain metadata, including location. Job backups contain originals and job information without FotoPar encryption. They do not contain public exported images or prepared PDF reports: save these separately if needed. Compact reports reduce photo detail and colour precision while keeping originals.
Retention and deletion
Jobs and photos remain until you delete them or clear app data. Deleting jobs and freeing space can remove unreferenced private originals. Prepared reports and their history—job name/date, comparison count and preparation time—remain separate from the job until you delete them with confirmation in Saved reports. They can be opened without Pro.
Clearing FotoPar data or uninstalling removes its private storage. Backups and exports in Gallery, Files or other destinations may remain: delete them there. Save and check a backup before clearing data or uninstalling. We cannot remotely recover or delete your local photos.
Advertising and privacy choices
FotoPar includes Google Mobile Ads 25.5.0 and Google UMP 4.0.0. Google may process IP addresses, available identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Advertising settings and privacy choices determine the applicable processing. FotoPar does not send your photos or notes to these SDKs and does not include Firebase Analytics.
Banners are limited to the library and Pro removes them. UMP is checked before requesting ads; Google's form and privacy choices appear when applicable. You can access these choices in FotoPar when Google requires them. FotoPar does not request broad photo, camera or location permissions; Android pickers and camera are used at your request. Advertising ID and Ads Services permissions are excluded; this does not mean all other identifiers are absent.
See Google's privacy policy and the advertising SDK data disclosure.
One-time Pro purchase
Google Play handles purchases and payment information. FotoPar receives the product, status, token and signed proof needed to verify, acknowledge and restore access; it does not receive your card details. Verification is local and refreshed by querying Play, without an own verification server. Recognized access can be used offline; revocations or refunds become known on a later successful query. Free local features do not require a purchase.
Contact and requests
For privacy questions or data requests, email loopyratlab@gmail.com. Avoid including sensitive photos or payment evidence unless necessary for your request. You can delete local data using the controls described above. For data processed by Google or recipient providers, also use their privacy controls and contact channels. Email you send us is used to respond to your request and may remain in the email service used for replies.
